(I) Equipment Overview​

The Miaohe Xuantong Integrated Water Purification Unit is a new type of prefabricated water purification equipment independently developed by Shanghai LEDO Industrial Co., Ltd. It integrates multiple water conditions, application scenarios of purification equipment, and the demands of modern IoT development, combining innovative design concepts and advanced technologies to form a new generation of water treatment and purification equipment. The unit is designed with a comprehensive layout considering water diversion, lifting, high-pressure bin-type pre-filtration, super precision filtration, conveyance, control, assembly, central automation, and stable-pressure water supply. It breaks through the limitations of traditional water treatment systems, such as complex installation, long installation cycles, and high technical requirements for installers, by incorporating a prefabricated concept. The entire equipment is fully tested and commissioned ex-works, including lifting, filtration, and control systems. Installation is completed with only simple connections, reducing installation costs by over 90% compared to traditional on-site installation methods. The effluent quality integrates comprehensive filtration methods such as bin filtration and precision filtration, resulting in extremely high water purity.

(II) Application Scope​

(V) Working Principle​

The unit is a smartly integrated water purification device, incorporating a lifting system, diversion system, disinfection system, bin-type filtration system, super precision filtration system, backwash system, central control system, and online water quality monitoring system. Raw water enters the bin-type pre-filtration system via the lifting and diversion systems to remove large impurities, while the disinfection system continuously sterilizes the water to maintain its activity. The water then passes through the super precision filtration system, and the treated water is delivered to a clean water tank before being supplied through the unit’s stable-pressure water supply system. Key water quality parameters such as pH, COD, and SS are monitored in real-time by the online monitoring system (optional), with data transmitted to the central control system. The central control system automatically manages all stages—filtration, backwashing, and lifting—around the clock, sending all data to various terminal devices. The equipment is highly integrated, and depending on the application, the water supply system can also be incorporated into the unit. On-site installation time is reduced by over 90%, requiring only the connection of the inlet and outlet pipes to complete the entire water treatment system installation. Wiring, control setup, and interconnections of all components are completed ex-works, significantly saving on labor costs.
