1. Product Overview​

The Insertable Flexible Flow Control Device primarily consists of a sealed rubber capsule. The system mainly comprises an insertable flexible capsule, a control cabinet (including the pneumatic system and accessories), a level sensor, and other components. Designed as an in-pipe structure, it operates by using controlled compressed air to inflate and deflate the internal air bladder of the rubber capsule, thereby completing the closing and opening actions of the device. The level sensor detects the water level on both sides of the pipe and converts it into electrical signals for the control system. When flow control is required, the air compressor fills the air bladder with compressed gas, deforming the rubber to close the passage. For flood discharge, the deflation ball valve is opened, allowing the rubber tube to restore its shape. Under the pressure of the water head, the rubber rapidly returns to its original form.
