I. Product Overview
This product is widely used in the preliminary stages of sponge city and rainwater management systems, including intercepting pollutants, filtration, initial rainwater diversion, and advanced composite filtration.
The main body is constructed from PP/SS304 materials, featuring built-in facilities for intercepting and removing pollutants, diverting and filtering initial rainwater, and composite filtration. It effectively removes solid contaminants while allowing easy cleaning. The integrated diversion mechanism efficiently discards initial rainwater with high concentrations of pollutants like SS/COD. Additionally, the built-in multi-stage composite filtration discs enable precise inline filtration of rainwater.
The product can be used in a three-stage combined configuration (SAF), a two-stage combined configuration (SA or SF), or as a single-stage unit. The design is ingenious and user-friendly.
II. Working Principle
The product incorporates flow weir baffles, a diversion valve, and stainless steel filter screens. When the set initial rainfall volume (for diversion) is reached, the sewage outlet automatically closes, stopping the diversion and initiating rainwater collection. The built-in stainless steel filter screen filters the collected rainwater, with trapped pollutants remaining in the sediment chamber. After rainfall ends, the sewage outlet opens automatically, flushing out the filtered contaminants with the remaining water. The device then resets, ready for the next rainfall event.
