The Zhushui Qiongtong Integrated Water Purification Unit is a new type of ultra-integrated water purification equipment independently developed by Shanghai LEDO Industrial Co., Ltd.

(I) Equipment Overview

The Zhushui Qiongtong Integrated Water Purification Unit is a new type of ultra-integrated water purification equipment independently developed by Shanghai LEDO Industrial Co., Ltd. It represents a new generation of water treatment technology, born from three years of dedicated R&D by LEDO’s technical team. The design integrates various water conditions, purification application scenarios, and the requirements of modern IoT development, combining innovative design concepts with the latest technological advancements. The equipment is comprehensively designed from multiple perspectives, including water diversion, lifting, mixing, coagulation, water distribution, sedimentation, disinfection, aeration biological reaction, precision filtration, conveyance, control, assembly, and central automation. It overcomes the limitations of traditional water treatment systems, such as complex installation, long installation cycles, and high technical demands on installers, by incorporating a prefabricated, modular concept. The entire unit is fully tested and commissioned ex-works, including lifting, filtration, and control systems. Installation is completed with only simple connections, reducing installation costs by over 90% compared to traditional on-site installation methods. The effluent quality integrates comprehensive treatment methods including sedimentation, coagulation, biological reaction, and precision filtration, resulting in exceptionally high water purity.

(II) Application Scope

  1. Raw Water Treatment: Filtration of river water, groundwater, rainwater, landscape water, and mine water.
  2. Cooling Water Treatment: Side-stream filtration for recirculating cooling water.
  3. Process Water Treatment: Pretreatment for boiler feed water, etc.
  4. Recirculating Water Treatment: For swimming pools, recreational pools, and landscape water.
  5. Reclaimed Water and Wastewater Treatment: Water reuse, car wash water, and sewage discharge treatment.
  6. Aquaculture Water: For aquariums and industrial aquaculture water treatment.

(V) Working Principle

The unit is an ultra-highly integrated water purification device, incorporating a lifting system, diversion system, water distribution system, sedimentation system, sludge discharge system, disinfection system, aeration system, biological reaction system, super precision filtration system, backwash system, central control system, and online water quality monitoring system. Raw water enters the initial sedimentation and sludge discharge system via the lifting, diversion, and distribution systems to remove large impurities. It then proceeds to the aeration system, biological reaction system, and disinfection system to remove organic matter and provide continuous sterilization, maintaining active water quality. Subsequently, the water passes through the super precision filtration system, and the treated,达标 water is delivered to the supply system. Key water quality parameters of the entire system, such as pH, COD, and SS, are monitored in real-time by the online monitoring system, with data transmitted to the central control system. The central control system automatically manages all stages—filtration, sedimentation, backwashing, aeration, and lifting—on a 24/7 basis, sending all data to various terminal devices. The equipment boasts an extremely high level of integration; all systems except the water supply system are incorporated into the unit. On-site installation time is reduced by over 90%, requiring only the connection of the inlet and outlet pipes to complete the entire water treatment system installation. Wiring, control system setup, and interconnection of all components are completed ex-works, significantly saving on installation labor costs.
